Philip founded RESeT in honor of his late brother and father both lost to suicide transforming personal tragedy into a powerful force for youth empowerment. He combines IT leadership expertise with youth mentorship and coaching to create trauma-informed programming.

Louis Brown – Chairman
Chairman, RESeT Board of Directors
Louis is a servant leader and strategic executive with a proven track record leading regional growth in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. His strengths in building high-performance teams, cultivating partnerships, and leading with empathy make him perfectly suited to guide RESeT's board governance. As Chair, Louis brings clarity, vision, and discipline to ensure our mission stays impactful and sustainable. His commitment to empowering youth underpins everything he does.

Dr. Marlon "Doc" Fuller – Vice Chair
Vice Chair, RESeT Board of Directors
Dr. Marlon "Doc" Fuller is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of CoolKids.org, a nonprofit that has taught financial literacy to over 11,000 youth. He's also the creator of JAR, the world's first financial streaming platform for families. As Vice Chair, Dr. Fuller brings innovation and purpose to RESeT's leadership—leveraging his experience to build community-based solutions that uplift Black and Brown youth through resilience, financial literacy, and emotional strength.

Suze Sadler – Secretary

Dr. Adrienne Pinkney Negron
Mental Health Chair, RESeT Board of Directors
Dr. Pinkney Negron is a licensed psychologist with a passion for trauma-informed care, culturally-responsive healing, and emotional regulation. With experience in both school and clinical settings, she ensures RESeT’s programs uphold the highest mental health standards—guiding curriculum design, coach training, and youth safety with clinical integrity and care.

Adrienne Ashton-Nwude – Education Liaison

Adrienne is a Regional Director in education with over 25 years of experience supporting student success and teacher development. As RESeT's Education Liaison, she ensures alignment between RESeT workshops and school culture—helping bridge the gap between mental wellness and classroom performance with insight, heart, and strategy

Andrea Harrison – Development & Fundraising Lead

Andrea Harrison is a strategic storyteller and marketing powerhouse with 15+ years of experience amplifying brands through media, content, and community connection. During her 11-year tenure at Macy’s, she managed multimillion-dollar advertising campaigns, led complex contract negotiations, and executed high-impact print and direct mail strategies.
Now a sought-after digital creator and a member of TikTok’s exclusive Tastemakers program, Andrea stays at the forefront of platform innovation and viral trends. She crafts audience-first, results-driven content that captures attention and inspires action—skills she now brings to RESeT’s development efforts.

Dawn Strength – Community & Parent Representative
Community/Parent Representative, RESeT Board of Directors
Dawn is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a long-time supporter of Coach Phil's youth teams. She brings over four years of experience supporting community health and wellness through root-cause, lifestyle-based care. She is a former Setting Lead for Wholespire’s Healthy Together 5-2-1-0 initiative within the Fort Mill School District. As a parent and wellness advocate, she offers an invaluable perspective on how to shape programs that reflect the real needs of children, parents, and communities. Her warmth, insight, and lived experience help anchor RESeT’s mission in authentic, community-driven wellness.
