RESeT Homeroom

Who it’s for:
K–8 students during morning homeroom or advisory periods

  • Increases focus and reduces classroom disruptions

5–7 minutes daily with mascot videos, student toolkits, and RESeT Hero awards

Locked In: RESeT to Release the Warrior Within

Who it’s for:
Young athletes (ages 10–17); perfect for teams, coaches, or athletic programs

What it teaches:

  • Emotional control during competition

  • Strategies for focus and discipline under pressure

  • Builds mental toughness and resilience

  • Supports healthy emotional development in athletes

No Flex Zone: Quiet Confidence with Purpose
