We provide social-emotional tools that help young people navigate challenges with confidence. Our approach combines breathwork, storytelling, and culturally responsive practices.

RESeT Homeroom

Who it’s for:
K–8 students during morning homeroom or advisory periods

What it teaches:

  • Increases focus and reduces classroom disruptions

5–7 minutes daily with mascot videos, student toolkits, and RESeT Hero awards

Young athletes (ages 10–17); perfect for teams, coaches, or athletic programs
