Dr. Marlon "Doc" Fuller – Vice Chair
Vice Chair, RESeT Board of Directors
Dr. Marlon "Doc" Fuller is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of CoolKids.org, a nonprofit that has taught financial literacy to over 11,000 youth. He's also the creator of JAR, the world's first financial streaming platform for families. As Vice Chair, Dr. Fuller brings innovation and purpose to RESeT's leadership—leveraging his experience to build community-based solutions that uplift Black and Brown youth through resilience, financial literacy, and emotional strength.

Jamical Thomas – Treasurer
Jamical is a Sales Director at Procter & Gamble with a strong background in revenue strategy, team leadership, and brand growth.
A proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Jamical is also active in youth mentorship and community service aligning his values with RESeT’s mission to empower young people reflect, heal, and grow.
Jamical brings structured financial planning, budgeting discipline, and data-driven oversight to ensure RESeT’s resources fuel sustained impact. His talent for developing systems and strategic thinking makes him an essential steward of RESeT’s mission

Dawn is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a long-time supporter of Coach Phil's youth teams. She brings over four years of experience supporting community health and wellness through root-cause, lifestyle-based care. She is a former Setting Lead for Wholespire’s Healthy Together 5-2-1-0 initiative within the Fort Mill School District. As a parent and wellness advocate, she offers an invaluable perspective on how to shape programs that reflect the real needs of children, parents, and communities. Her warmth, insight, and lived experience help anchor RESeT’s mission in authentic, community-driven wellness.
