RESeT at a Glance

Built for the moment before the moment.

Our Mission.

Pause. Breathe. RESeT. We give young people simple, practical tools for the moments that matter — drawn from breathwork, story, and culturally grounded practice. Not theory. Reflexes.

Who We Serve.

  • Students K–12 — building emotional reflexes early, not in crisis.
  • Educators — five minutes back, fewer disruptions, calmer rooms.
  • Coaches & athletes — mental reps for the moments score keeps.
  • Families & faith communities — what we practice at home, holds.
How RESeT Programs Work

Three principles. Every program.

Whatever the room, the program meets it on three terms — so the work fits the moment, not the other way around.

Tiered Support

Tier 1 daily practices reach every student. Tier 2 small-group work goes deeper for kids who need it. Tier 3 connects families and clinicians when the load is heavier than school can carry.

Flexible Delivery

Five minutes a day, sixty minutes once, weekly cohorts, or full-season integration. Schedule decides — not us. Programs scale up or down without losing the work.

Engaging Approach

Story-led, mascot-driven, culturally grounded. Built for kids who are tired of being lectured at — and the adults trying to reach them anyway.
